The goal of this site is to be a free repository for CAD parts, Libraries and Catalogs.It is a "by the users, for the users" service. It relies on the contributors for submitting more parts.
You can freely browse the parts indexed in PartLib. You will have to register as a user to download them. You will have to be registered as a contributor to submit parts. All these services are free of charge. We will not send unsolicited e-mail.
The PartLib web doesn't directly store the parts; it only provides links to the parts for downloading.
Every day the PartLib server checks that all the parts submitted by contributors are still accessible through the Internet. If possible, it will automatically generate a preview picture of each part.
There are many free storage solutions on the Internet if a contributor can't put his parts online.
All suggestions about the design or support of various standards (DIN, ISO, etc...) are welcome.
